What is MinneHack?

Only the largest hackathon in the Twin Cities.

24 Hours

Teams have 24 hours to identify a problem, implement a technical solution, and pitch to industry professionals.

Great Prizes

Thousands of dollars in prizes means good work gets rewarded. Better yet: each member of a winning team gets their own prize.

Totally Free

We provide meals, transportation to and from select schools, swag, and an awesome experience! It's all entirely free as long as you're currently a student.

FAQ

Registration is closed!

We've booked all of our RSVP slots for guaranteed admission, but don't worry, there's still a chance to compete in MinneHack 2017.

Walk-ins are accepted & expected.

If you show up ready to go at 6pm on Saturday, January 28th, we can register you for the event, so long as there is space left. So swing by the Great Hall in Coffman Memorial Union to sign up and compete!

Volunteer!

We're currently looking for volunteers to help with the setup and and administration of MinneHack.

If you're interested in doing any of the following, please sign up and help us make a great event even better!

Plus, any volunteers will get a special MinneHack Volunteer T-shirt!
